For each GOTV universe (list of voters), we create two datasets -- one showing the percentage of people that have already voted, and another showing the voters (raw counts and density) who haven't yet done so. This gives you the opportunity to get a full view of the situation.
The maps below show a side-by-side comparison of the percentage of early votes among GOTV targets, and the density of the GOTV universe that has yet to vote.
In this photo you can compare the percentage of your GOTV targets who have early voted, and the density of those who have yet to vote.
Similarly, you could track absentee ballot requests and returns, something of particular interest given the expected rise in mail-in voting this fall.
With minimal setup, we can automatically pull turnout data, so you can monitor your progress.
